Realisation of Braille signage for compliance of a hotel chain, in order to guarantee a accessibility to information for all their customers.
The solution Marquage Moderne :
For this project, Marquage Moderne carries out the complete manufacturing of a set of Braille signage. Production thus passes through several positions within our workshops, to respect the stages of implementation necessary. First, we proceed to the cutting of the material, Transparent PMMA ou "plexiglass". Different thicknesses are available. Then we move on to thedigital printing, made on the reverse side to limit the risk of deterioration and obtain a more aesthetic result. Finally, we carry out the last phase of the product: theinlay of balls by projection, to insert the braille marking. Here, the balls are made of metal to promote the feeling among the visually impaired and blind. In this way, we obtain a difference of touch sensation between plastic material of the support and metal balls.
