Customer request:
Realisation of front faces in two parts: one aluminum counterplate and breastplate en printed polycarbonate. For this project, no computer file, the challenge is to reproduce identically, from a sample part.
The solution Marquage Moderne :
First of all, a lot of work is done at the level of the DTP office : taking measurements, cutting diagram et vector drawings of pictograms according to the model provided. A Ready to Print validates this step, taking up the technical characteristics of the file and its specificities. The “BAT” specifies in particular the location of the opaque or translucent areas on the buttons.
Then, manufacturing is launched simultaneously in our two production spaces: in the workshop of cutting to make the aluminum counterplate, and in the printing workshop to manufacture the polycarbonate front faces. This is to ensure the good assembly between the two elements. For a perfect finish, the aluminum plate is surface machined for an inlay a few microns thick on the front face, flush with the metal. Finally, we placed studs on the back and made chamfers on the holes to finalize the product.
