For this type of product, the first phase of manufacturing is the same as for any sticker. The major difference is located at the finish. In order to obtain this relief effect, a resin bubble is deposited on the vinyl once printed. In the liquid state, the resin adapts to the cutting shape of the adhesive, thus allowing the creation of personalized and tailor-made shapes.
Marking, meanwhile, is encapsulated between the adhesive support and the resin dome, which gives it a greater great resistance also.
